eSocialFoundation is the combination of a social media training programme, and the creation of the technical infrastructure needed for professional social media conversation. It is based on a methodology which has been developed over 2 years of working with leading UK organisations and can take any company (or department) from being completely new to social media to productive, efficient online conversations.
Unlike standardized training courses, eSocialFoundation takes you through a process to create a completely bespoke plan, identifying your markets, helping you build your content plan and building a professional technical platform.
The programme is based on a 4-step process, which takes as little as 4 weeks to complete and will leave you with the plans, tools and techniques you need to build engagement with your audience.

1. Infrastructure
Firstly, a collection of sites and outposts is built which will act as a ‘content hub’ for your audience.

The eSocialFoundation training helps you build a customised ‘Social Media Monitoring Dashboard’ (based on freely available tools) which allows you to understand what people are saying about:

This dashboard will also be configured to allow you to identify online conversations in progress which you may want to join.

3. Target
